Scope

The proposal form

It asks for a name, an email address, an entity type, and a short description of the work. It goes to one mailbox and is read by the partners.

Client records

Once you engage us, we hold the records needed to do the work and to meet our own retention duties. Those duties, not our preference, set how long the records are kept. State the period here.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the practice, except where the law requires disclosure or where you have asked us to deal with a third party such as a lender or a solicitor. We will tell you before we do.

No cookies are set by this site. Adding a client portal or analytics would change that, and this section with it.

Asking about your information

Put it in writing to the office address. We will respond within the statutory period.
